Honor's Program Scholarships
Students who are admitted to the DuBois Campus Honors Scholar Program participate in specialized honors courses and extended curricular opportunities that allow them to deepen and expand their intellectual growth and work on research problems alongside of faculty mentors. They work to solve real-world problems by building arguments rooted in substantiated theories and findings and applying rigorous scientific methods and logical reasoning.
All selected Honors Scholars receive a $5,000 scholarship, renewable for up to four years of undergraduate education ($20,000 total over four years of study) at Penn State DuBois. To learn about giving options for these scholarships, contact Michelle Houser at 814-867-6150 or [email protected].
Annually Funded Scholarships
Annually funded scholarships are non-endowed scholarships given to students on an annual basis and must be funded at a minimum of $2,500 per year for five consecutive years, making a gift commitment of $12,500. What sets these scholarships apart from other giving opportunities is the ability for your gift to go directly and immediately to a student-when you give $2,500, they receive $2,500. Create a scholarship that reflects your passions.
